All students are required to use their Northwestern University email accounts. Do not wait to activate your Northwestern University email—all communication and updates from the University will be sent to this address, including your financial aid notifications. 

Check your Northwestern University email daily for messages about registration, news, events and updates or announcements from faculty.

You should receive your NetID and email account information from The Graduate School Financial Aid Office within two weeks of returning your Intent to Enroll. Your NetID will be used to access the university student services system (CAESAR), your email, and other university-related websites.
